Summary:This case focuses on the constitutionality of a prayer at a public school graduation ceremony in Providence, R.I. The Weismans objected to the prayers given at their older daughter's graduation and asked the principal to change the policy for their younger daughter's graduation. He refused and the Weismans filed suit.
